We are a major exporter of culturally valued and exotic products manufactured in Nepal. We have a wide variety of product portfolio that includes finished Cashmere products, Felt and Yarn items, Hand-knotted Carpets and Hemp Products. Can I Request Samples?

Yes, you can. Cost of samples along with the shipping charges is to be borne by buyer. Shipping charges may vary according to different geographical regions.

Shipping & Handling

Our cargo agent or courier company handles every shipment until the customer receives it. They can tackle any problem that may arise. In most of the freight (by cargo), our agent books space in an advance up-to-the destination and arrange the delivery to the Airlines. Also, we can trace most of the status from the internet. 

What are the shipping fees?

The shipping cost depends on the weight, volume, destination, and airlines we use. So, the shipping cost can be determined when the order (quantity) is confirmed. We can confirm it once the details of the order are finalized.

Payment Method?

After the order confirmation, we will send an invoice for the payment deposit. After receiving the invoice, the customer can send the payment via Telegraphic Transfer on the given bank information in the invoice.

We ask for 50% in advance and the balance 50% when the goods are ready to ship. For larger orders, Payment terms also depend on the order value. For stock service and small order value, we require a 100% payment before we deliver. For orders below USD.10, 000, we advise clients to make payment in a single transaction to reduce banking costs.

Delivery time after making the Payment?

Delivery time depends on the ordered product and its quantity. Details on delivery time will be discussed at the time of order confirmation.

Is the delivery insured?

We can ensure the shipment insurance locally on customer demand or customers can do shipping insurance themselves if they wish to do so.

Refund and Replace

We have 100% refund or replacement guarantee if the orders are not delivered as per agreed customer requirements.
